Description
The third work in the Suspended Particles in the Universe series pushes the signature organic particles into a far more dramatic, cosmic atmosphere. Pearlescent, iridescent forms with a finely textured surface float above a dark ground, threaded through with deep teal, black mist, and fine gold dust.
Unlike the earlier pieces in the series, this work moves away from clearly defined color fields — the background itself becomes the focal event, with flowing transitions between black, petrol blue, and shimmering turquoise that evoke a distant galaxy or a deep-space nebula. Fine glitter pigments punctuate the surface with sparkling accents that catch the light from different angles.
The pearlescent particles themselves feel almost alive through their shifting, opalescent surface — like drifting celestial bodies quietly reflecting their own light. As the closing piece of the trilogy, this work delivers the most atmospheric and contrast-rich conclusion to the series.
