The second work in the Suspended Particles in the Universe series transforms the organic forms into a nocturnal scene: soft, pink-white shimmering shapes float like nebulous bodies against a deep blue, glittering universe. Fine glitter pigment runs through the background in countless shades of blue and turquoise, creating the impression of a living sea of stars.
While the first piece in the series draws on an earthy, calm color palette, this work embraces a striking contrast — the cool, deep blue surroundings make the soft, powdery particles appear to glow. The signature cellular-like texture remains the connecting thread throughout the series, yet here it reads as far more cosmic and atmospheric through the interplay of color.
The result is an interpretation of vastness and depth, where structure and color merge into a radiant, almost weightless composition.
